BMHS Survey 2008

The time to complete the BMHS members' survey online has now expired.
Thank you very much to everyone who has taken the time to complete the survey. We will analyse the results, summarise them and for each point made by several people, we will let you know what actions we propose to take. Early indications are that there is a call for much more regional activity so we will be contacting members in the near future to set up regional groups, according to your wishes. Please start developing ideas for how to make the BMHS more active in your region with more events, shows, social gatherings and non-competitive activities!

Results for the Royal Cornwall show now available. Next event: Youth Clinic 21st - 25th July and Western Region Show 26th July (forms now available)

Betty Blades

Tim Blades would like to let us all know that Betty died on Saturday 28 March after a short illness.

Betty will be much missed by Tim and all of us who remember her friendly, smiley face when she came to our events either with or without her beloved Minstrel (Manx Moonlight Minstrel).

Betty was very happy when she was undertaking Morgan activities and the Society kept her going in many ways, says Tim. Betty was 68 years old when she died.

We all convey our best wishes to Tim and are very sorry indeed for his loss. Tim has promised to come to the BMHS European Championship Show at Hartpury to see us all and we will of course be very pleased to see him.
